Please note that while we try our best to accommodate each client's request, however we do get booked out often 

so advanced booking is preferred. 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY SERVICE TAKE?

Service times vary depending on your hair type, length and the service you require. 

Please ask at the time of your reservation for estimated time for your service.

AM I ALLOWED TO MAKE A CANCELLATION?

We understand that life is unpredictable from time to time. We accept 24hour - prior notice on weekday reservations and 1 week - prior notice for Saturday reservations. 

Please be mindful on Sundays as Sunday services are only available through exclusive requests.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard but we do not accept AMEX.

 

COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE

Cold and hot drinks, including coffee, tea, juice and water are provided.

Also, we have a range of exciting up-to-date fashion magazines and free Wi-Fi available for all our valued customers.
